Blue Tit (Cyanistes caeruleus)

Blue Tit is as Great Tit one of the most frequent guests at the bird table. It is attracted to sunflower seeds. In summer it lives by larvae from insects. It lives in deciduous and mixed forests, gardens and parks. It nests in nesting boxes and tree cavities. Blue tits are mostly sedentary, but may also act as winter visitors from the rest of Scandinavia and Russia. |
